• Booking a hike: first name, last name, email, phone, number of participants and message. To manage your booking, notify you of any change and ensure your safety during the hike (performance of a contract).
• Group quote request: name, organisation, email, phone, group size and message. To send you a proposal (pre-contractual steps).
• Contact form: the information you enter. To answer you (legitimate interest).

Recipients

Your data is intended for Frédéric Joury only. It is stored by the site’s host and may pass through the email delivery provider, both bound by confidentiality. It is never shared with third parties.

Retention

• Contact and quote requests with no follow-up: 3 years after the last exchange.
• Bookings: for the duration of the relationship, then 5 years (statute of limitations).
• Accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation).

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies; a single technical cookie remembers your chosen language. Videos are embedded in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode and fonts are served from the site itself, with no call to Google Fonts. No consent banner is therefore needed.
